First and foremost: I don NOT work with people who use AI.PAYMENTBefore start of the work OR half before and half after accepting the clean sketchPayPal only (unless you're from Poland, then I can accept bank transfer also), preferably in $REFUNDS (yes, it’s twice on my page but I want bigger change that people actually read it)I will do my best to deliever product of the highest possible quality, but if for some reason you decide you need a refund, here are possibilities:
* SPLIT PAYMENT: if you request a refund BEFORE I sent you ANY work in progress, I will refund you full price. If it’s after the sketch, that half of the payment covers it and my time i spent working - you are not obligated to pay second half.
* FULL PAYMENT BEFORE: depending on between which steps you request a refund, you are entitled to either full price (before I send you any work in progress) of half of it (after swnding sketches)IF I FINISH THE WORK (OF WHICH YOU CAN REQUEST ME TO CHANGE DIFFERENT THINGS ON ANY STEP BEFORE FINISHING IT) AND THEN AFTER RECEIVING IT YOU DECIDE YOU WANT A REFUND, I AM NOT OBLIGATED TO DO IT AS I FULLFILED MY PART OF THE TRANSACTIONALSO I WILL REFUND ONLY THE AMOUNT I ACTUALLY RECEIVED FROM PAYPAL, SO WITHOUT THE PAYPAL-FEE AMOUNT. - it took me too long to start/ finish an artwork (more that 2 weeks)
- you changed your mind (no matter of the reason) before or after the first sketch. In that case I will refund you full price or half of it, respectively.
